Biography
I built my first tiny house in 1972. It was on the back of a 1948 Dodge flatbed truck.
we colaborate with Owner Builders (DIYs) to provide the design, using 3D software that you can see on our screen from anywhere as we make your custom home.
Then we provide a SIP package on our custom designed trailer. Typically we will haul it to your location where we can show you how to assemble it in a weekend build party. All of our packages are designed to the ANSI Park Model Code A119.5 We include a relativly easy to read code book with each of our packages and incourage you to have it certified by a thirdpary inspector.
We use templates to expedite your build. We use three widths, 8'-0" / 8'-4" / 8'-9" six lengthes from 16 ft. to 36 ft. and six roof styles.
By using a template we are able to have a ready to go into production model, or for a nominal fee we can move the windows and door around on the design to match your needs.
